Valentine’s Day is around the corner and this year I wanted to do something special by creating these “Valentine’s Day Coupons for Kids” to give my boys. Normally we’d be working on our Valentine’s Day grams to pass out to their classmates but this is a unique time in our lives and we’re adapting to these temporary changes by celebrating every little MOMent.
So if you’re looking for a quick and easy gift, look no further! This coupon book is about creating memorable experiences for the whole family. And they don’t expire. But I have a feeling my kids will use them all in a day or two. LOL
Valentine’s Day Coupons for Kids
Things you’ll need:
- Ribbon or Twine
- Paper Trimmer or Scissors
- Hole Punch
- CardStock 110lbs.
Directions:
I recommend printing these PDF files with Cardstock paper. It’s thicker and sturdier in weight. Depending on your printer, colors may vary – I printed at Staples.
You don’t have to use every coupon I created. I shared a sheet for you to write-in your own coupon if needed.

Cut
I like using a straight cutter to cut, comes out perfect every time…and its quicker to use! I left about an inch of the white border for the twine and it gives a nice contrast.
Holepunch
Punch a hole in each card for the ribbon or twine.

How the Kids Redeem
Remember to give the kids rules, for example “Daddy & Me” Date can’t be redeemed during work hours and “Dinner of your choice” shouldn’t be presented at 6pm.
When redeeming, I’m going to hole punch the card and write the date, but feel free to have the kids tear it as well!
Don’t forget to write your child’s name!
