Jurassic Quest Drive-thru is making its way through SoCal and I’m sharing details for the ultimate experience. Plus I’ve giving away a ticket to their Pomona show!
Earlier today, I took Ronan (who is obsessed with DINOSAURS) to a preview of Jurassic Quest before it opened to the public. We had an amazing time and learned a lot. Because of its educational value, this by far is my favorite drive-thru experience!
Jurassic Quest
This hour long, drive-thru experience is the nation’s largest touring dinosaur exhibit, with 70 photorealistic dinosaurs. You’ll meet T. Rex, Spinosaurus, Triceratops, Megalodon, and so much more! The Jurassic Quest team worked in collaboration with leading paleontologists to ensure each dinosaur was replicated in every detail, depicting how we understand dinosaurs looked and moved!
AND it’s here in SoCal – migrating to three Los Angeles and Orange County area destinations after welcoming legions of guests to sold-out weekends across the country:
- Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena: Jan. 15-31
- OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa: Feb. 5-14
- Fairplex in Pomona: Feb. 19-28
FYI, many dates are already sold out at the Rose Bowl location.
Tickets
Tickets are $49 per vehicle (8 people or less) and you need to purchase in advance online, at www.jurassicquest.com. Be sure to have your ticket ready!
Audio Tour
The audio tour is what makes this experience standout while you’re looking at your favorite dinosaurs! I highly suggest downloading the tour before getting there – so you’re ready! It’s available in English and Spanish, and special accommodations can be made for the hearing impaired.
FYI: if you’re using the audio tour on your phone, it will pause if you decide to take a video. Just be sure to hit play to continue!
Photo-ops
Don’t forget to take photos with these larger than life creatures as you slowly drive-thru! In addition, you can meet (from a safe distance) one-of-a-kind baby dinosaurs while their team of dino trainers capture the moment with a safari-style photo of your car, complete with a dinosaur backdrop. One photo per family is included with ticket purchase.
Safety
Guests are to remain in their vehicles. You must wear a mask if you need to exit to use the restrooms and if you’re car window is rolled down.
No snacks on site to purchase, so definitely bring your own. But there are souvenirs for purchase before you exit, unless you preordered a Quest Pack…you get it at the start of your tour.
GIVEAWAY
Enter to WIN a ticket to the experience at Fairplex, Pomona. Good luck!
