Hi Guys! My name’s Jax Malcolm and I’m 16 years old. Suzie was kind of enough to let me share my experience with ConnectHER Media’s trip to the Riveria Nayarit in Mexico. The Riviera Nayarit is a short drive north of Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport, with 200 miles of beautiful beaches along the pacific coast with dozens of seaside towns and villages.
I’m going to share the top three things I did while there that I would love to return to the Riviera Nayarit to do with my four younger cousins who are ages 3-8:
Fiesta en el Rancho
Fiesta en el Rancho, at Vista Paraiso this was an awesome evening at a ranch that started with carnival style fiesta games, visits with farm animals, and riding a mechanical bull. We got to see a rodeo followed by an all you care to eat authentic buffet, and the evening ended with fireworks. This would be a great place to take my cousins because there were a million things to do, there was lots of space to run around, and there was plenty to eat and drink!
Go Out to SEA
Punta Mita Expeditions private yacht experience on the Pacific Lounge. This was one of my favorite experiences of the trip. First it’s a private boat this makes for a really fun experience for any family group because you do not have to worry about there being room for everyone to sit where they want like you would on a shared expedition. The experienced crew had everything we needed for a day at sea, bottled water, drinks, snacks and equipment to snorkel and paddle board. The best part getting to see whales from the yacht and I know my cousins would’ve loved to see them!
Where to Stay
The all-inclusive resort experience at Reflect Resort’s Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta. I could easily see having a fantastic vacation experience with my little cousins at the Krystal Grand without ever leaving the property. There were several on-site restaurants including a buffet (always important when one of them is starving), a game room and kids club, family friendly evening performances, daily activities like archery, and finally the pools! They were unbelievable and we spent hours in them and enjoying snacks and beverages from the poolside restaurants. I know my cousins would have a great time going from the pools, right out onto the white sand beach and back again.
Just thinking about all of the fun I had in the Rivieria Nayarit makes me want to set up a trip to share with my whole family as soon as possible!
