Mom Review
We had the opportunity to screen the film back in late February…and we also got to meet the two stars of the film: Chloe Coleman and Dave Bautista!
My Spy is full of action with lots of funny and witty scenes. Chloe Coleman and Dave Bautista have great chemistry together…made me wish I had a friend teaching me how to become a spy, growing-up. LOL.
FYI parents, there is a good amount of violence in the film with explosions and shoot outs. As well as bad-language throughout the movie. But like most films geared towards kids and adults – there’s a heartfelt ending with a positive message.
Overall the movie makes a fun family movie night-in! I do recommend watching the film with kids that are around Caiden’s age (9), if they’re okay with a little violence and understand that its just a film. Ronan (4 at the time) simply lost interested because he was too young to understand the plot.
Let me know what you think about the movie.
