Spring is here and with everything that’s going on in the world, I wanted to share a craft that the boys and I did during our Creative Learning hour – to hopefully inspire you to create with your kid(s)! Like many others, my kids are being “homeschooled” and distant learning means a lot of screen time.
So Creative Learning time is a break from the laptops and TV to use our hands! And get CRAFTY. This week we made DIY Bubble Wands and Solution. It’s really easy to do and something kids can easily help make.

DIY Bubble Wands
Chenille Craft Stems
Molds – cookie cutters, play doh shapes, or freehand
Wrap one stem around a mold leaving a little excess at the start. When you reach the end of the shape wrap and twist the excess to secure. The rest of the stem is the wand handle. If you’re using a larger mold, wrap a second wand as your handle.
