I didn’t grow-up going to museums – other than school field trips. So when I became a mom, they were first on my list of places to go. I wanted to start them young to encourage a love for history and inspire them to wonder, imagine, and ask questions.
We fortunately live in a city that’s home to a variety of museums – from art, history, to cultural heritage. And we love to spend family-time at our favorites, like the California Science Center. But a museum outing can get pricey, especially for a family of 4. So if you’re in the Los Angeles area, be sure to take advantage of the Museums Free-for-All on Sunday, January 28th.
Please note that participating museums are only offering FREE general admission and not for specially ticketed exhibitions. Parking fees still apply…so take the Metro instead!
