Kale Smoothie Pops
KALE is filled with so many healing properties. It can help lower cholesterol, lower the risk of certain cancers since it’s filled with powerful antioxidants. It’s also a great source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K!
Using only 3 ingredients
+++Blend+++
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup kale (stem removed)
1 banana
Pour into your favorite mold, freeze for about 4 hours and Enjoy!
