Ingredients
(makes 2 servings)
1 1/2 cups of Coconut Milk (I used Vanilla Coconut Milk from Trader Joe’s)
2 Frozen Figs (Trader Joe’s Organic Frozen Figs)
1 Banana
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
2 teaspoons Chia Seed
1 teaspoon Cacao Nibs
Blend together with a handful of ice and Enjoy!
**Garnish with a few Cacao Nibs for some extra crunch! **
